The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of all balances, and the permanent banning of the individual from the platform.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct.

• Requests by regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Dormant accounts with no activity for twelve (12) or more consecutive months.

Upon account termination for cause, uo8 may withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following a reasonable investigation period, eligible funds will be returned to the account holder via their last verified payment method.

For disputes of a monetary nature below RM 5,000, uo8 maintains an internal escalation process: (1) initial complaint to customer support via live chat; (2) formal written complaint to the compliance team; (3) referral to the licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism if internal resolution fails within 30 days.
